Chenega Logistics offers information technology services and consulting to companies in the transportation industry as well as to government agencies. Services include software and application development, database development, network and technical architecture support, technical training and help desk services.

DocuTAP was one of the first clients at the SDTBC when Eric McDonald moved his one-person company into the facility when it opened in 2004. DocuTAP's electronic medical records and practice management solution is now being used by urgent care clinics throughout the United States.  In 2009, DocuTAP was name Incubator Graduate of the Year in the Technology category by the National Business Incubator Association. Today the company has nearly 30 employees and is located in the first building in the Technology and Business Park located just west of SDTBC at 4701 Research Drive in Sioux Falls.

Hintz Consulting, Inc. was acquired by Daktronics in 2008. Prior to the aquisition, Hintz Consulting specialized in assisting small to large businesses in improving their use of technology, from network infrastructure to custom software. In addition to being a reseller for Dell, HP, GFI, and Trend Micro, Hintz Consulting, Inc. offered a wide range of hardware and software to compliment their services.

Meta Payment Systems has evolved from a leader in stored-value and prepaid card solutions to now offering solutions in five key areas: Prepaid Issuance, Credit Products, ATM Sponsorship, Financial Institutions and Emerging Payments.

The company moved into the South Dakota Technology Business Center in 2004 with 7 employees and had 30 employees upon its graduation. Meta Payment systsems was the first company to graduate from the South Dakota Technology Business Center.

Today Meta Payment Systems has several hundred employees and its headquarters are located at 5501 S Broadband Lane in Sioux Falls, SD.
